Lilja, once the head of sales at a real estate developer, had worked with a ‘state of the art’ Marketing platform before. Yet, even simple tasks like sending updates were frustratingly complex and required significant effort. David, having experience in marketing platforms and engineering, understood the limitations as well as the possibilities of the tech landscape. Combining our insights, we co-founded Knips in 2021.
The first version allowed real estate sellers to post directly from their phones to their websites, simultaneously notifying leads through SMS and email.
Today, Knips is the leading property engagement tool in the Nordics. Our ambition is to establish it as the home for B2C relationships, across sectors. Our edge? Knips’ newsfeed approach and better integrations with vertical-specific data (like those found in Real Estate CRMs).
